MIB&G prioritizes cultural activities that instill pride and knowledge in our youth. We incorporate art activities that explore Black culture including step, dance, and theater. Participants deserve to know the truth about their history and the significance of their ancestors. We are committed to imparting honest, authentic information to our youth. Family Social Night<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

MIB&G youth, parents\/guardians, and mentors participate in monthly Family Social nights. Youth and parents participate in fun, educational, and experiential activities. The objective of this monthly family night component is to strengthen family bonds and to improve parent-youth communication using themes such as building trust, positive communication, active listening, and tough conversations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
